1984 only 2 years after his accident, with a neighbor kid. Mike loved kids and they loved him. This was just before he went to foster care . Mike would have been married with a family of his own, if not for the horrible injustice done to him, by the usage of the corrupt guardian system/head injury rehab scam. Mike has been robbed precious years of his life that can never be given back.
Mike walking in 1985 - now he cannot do a simple transfer nor barely lift his legs.. due to the forced drugging and isolation done to him.
1986 - Mike loved to swim in the lakes. He was a good swimmer. Now the past 9 years he has been incarcerated in a fake head injury facility, he lives in total isolation and boardem.. not even allowed visits from pastors and close friends due to guardian abuse and corruption.
1998 we helped Mike look up some old friends that summer before the guardian hearing . Mike is enjoying going on all the rides with his friends.
2002 - four years after the unjust judgement. Mikes brother was finally for the first time allowe to take Mike to his apartment for Mothers day .. and he made arrangements for us to see him then. Look at what rehab has done to poor Mike. I feel so sorry for Mike. Please American people, come on board to help us free sweetest Michael Lee Rowe.. from the abuse he and persecution he has been under for so many years.

1987 5 years aftet Mikes accident at the fair with a friend . Mike loved to go out and enjoy doing things just like any one else. but that all changed after he was unjustly put away in a head injury facility 14 years after his accident.

George and Katie Morris and Michael in the middle - in summer of 1998 - before the guardianship hearing when we petitoned along with his brother for a change of guardian per Mikes request - so Mike could be free at last... but then a horrible turn of events.. a horrible injustice done to Mike.. Judge Harter denied Mike a change of guardian, and court ordered he must remain in this head injury rehab under Guardian, Inc. , and was not to be released. In the judgement, he also stated that the guardian and facility could decide who could visit Michael.. and who could not.
Since that time the people closest to Michael... are denied visits to Michael, phone calls, and mail is withheld.
